2. Detailed Disassembly

3. Structural and Chassis Work

We perform chassis sandblasting to remove rust, paint, and other contaminants, thoroughly inspecting the chassis for any hidden damage or weaknesses. Our expert welding and fabrication skills come into play here, ensuring any damage is repaired to a high standard for strength and durability. We then apply anti-corrosive paint to protect the chassis from future rust and corrosion, followed by a light primer coat for further protection.

4. Panel Manufacture and Bodywork

Using traditional methods such as the English wheel, we create custom panels that fit perfectly with the vehicle's original design. Our bodywork repair process ensures a seamless fit, using techniques like lead loading for a smooth, flawless finish.
