1. Initial Consultation and Assessment

During our first meeting, we engage in a detailed discussion to understand your vision, needs, and goals for the restoration. We outline the scope of work, expected timelines, and cost estimates to set clear expectations.

Next, we conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle's current condition, identifying areas needing attention and planning the restoration strategy tailored to your vehicle's specific requirements.

2. Detailed Disassembly

Our process begins with careful stripping, where we methodically remove panels and components while cataloguing and labelling parts to ensure nothing is misplaced. This stage is critical in assessing which parts can be restored, repaired, or replaced.

3. Structural and Chassis Work

We perform chassis sandblasting to remove rust, paint, and other contaminants, thoroughly inspecting the chassis for any hidden damage or weaknesses. Our expert welding and fabrication skills come into play here, ensuring any damage is repaired to a high standard for strength and durability. We then apply anti-corrosive paint to protect the chassis from future rust and corrosion, followed by a light primer coat for further protection.

4. Panel Manufacture and Bodywork

Using traditional methods such as the English wheel, we create custom panels that fit perfectly with the vehicle's original design. Our bodywork repair process ensures a seamless fit, using techniques like lead loading for a smooth, flawless finish.

We also meticulously rebuild the frame to meet original specifications, ensuring the structural integrity of the vehicle is maintained.

Reassembly is carried out methodically, ensuring each part is correctly installed and aligned. We conduct rigorous testing and tuning to ensure optimal performance, followed by a comprehensive final inspection that verifies every aspect of the restoration meets our high standards.
